(Al-Muaminoon) 23 : 98
وَأَعُوذُ بِكَ رَبِّ أَنْ يَحْضُرُونِ

“I also seek refuge with You my Lord from their approach to me”.

Satan never obstructs mankind from reading and hearing the Arabic Quran (the body of the Book). But he prevents anyone from hearing and reading Adhikr-the Soul of the Book-as explained in verses 16: 98-100. So, the Arabic Quran reading Fujjar who are entrapped by Satan will wail on the Day of Judgment as: “Oh, woe to me! I wish if I had not taken so and so as my intimate friend; surely he led me astray from Adhikr after It had come to me, and Satan was a traitor to mankind" as explained in verse 25: 29. See explanation 6: 112; 14: 22 and 46-47.
